We have developed our own database driven site framework, Site Manager, that considers a lot of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) requirements for modern site designs. Standard features are considered in the development of Site Manager. This same framework is what we currently maintain, use, and distribute to clients who acquire our custom web site development service.

Our Process:
- Show of Interest:
Potential clients go to our website to fill out our online quote request form.
- Requirements Gathering:
Our team representative will then contact interested clients to talk about the details of the project and to ask for customer requirements including needed client materials (such as logos, graphics, photos, articles, and texts). Content materials are collected from the client.
- Job Agreement:
We will be sending a Requirements Analysis and Design (RAD) document via email stating all the details of the project including the project timeline and costing. An email reply from the customer stating his agreement to the project finalizes the job agreement.
- Commitment Fee:
Customers are required to pay 50% of the total project fee prior to job implementation.
- Implementation:
The team works on the project and sticks to the timeline specified in the Job Agreement.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
We will then contact customers to view the finished web site. This also includes Quality Assurance (QA) testing.
- Project Refinement and Deployment:
After passing QA and UAT, the project is deployed and launched to the public. Directory index is now defined on the clients web server. Site is submitted to major search engines.
- Final Payment:
The remaining 50% of the project fee is collected only after the project is launched. Simple support or site updates tasks are free of charge. For additional or change requests, coresponding fees may apply.
