What type of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB.
How long does it take to setup an account after I order?
It usually takes within the same day to setup an account up to 24 hours. Orders placed over the weekend may experience a slight delay.
I have completed an order successfully, how come I do not get my account information email?
Account information emails are sent after accounts are setup, and setting up
an account usually ranges from 30 minutes to 24 hours.
Also, you may want to check your mail box's spam or
bulk folder for there are instances that account information
emails are regarded as spam by free email service providers.
Where are your servers located?
Most servers are located in the Net Access Corporation (NAC) datacenter in New Jersey, USA. NAC is located on the East Coast and has been providing Internet service since 1995. The rest of the servers that are not in NAC are in the most reliable datacenter in Atlanta, Georgia, USA.
Do you allow adult websites on your servers?
No. We do not allow adult content on our servers. Adult-oriented sites demand special system, network, and bandwidth requirements. WeHostAndDesign.com does not accommodate those extraordinarily large requirements in its hosting plans.
Are there any types of advertising placed on my account?
We do not place any type of advertising such as banners, popup's, etc. on your website.
Email Setup FAQ
What are the email settings for my POP3 Email box?
The following settings can be used in setting up your POP3 mail box with MS Outlook, MS Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird, and etc:
- Display name: anynameheretoidentifyyourmailbox
- E-mail address: your_email_address
- Incoming Mail (POP3) Server: mail.yourdomain.com
- Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server: mail.yourdomain.com
- Account Name: youremailaccountname+yourdomain.com
- Password: the_password_you_set
example:
- Display name: My Personal Mail Box
- E-mail address: john.doe@secretagentdude.com
- Incoming Mail (POP3) Server: mail.secretagentdude.com
- Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server: mail.secretagentdude.com
- Account Name: john.doe+secretagentdude.com

Note that, the "Account name" is "john.doe+secretagentdude.com", not just "john.doe"
